Our Booking Terms & Conditions at The Oaks Holiday Park
Check-in on the touring park is from 1pm and check-out is 11am
Check-in to our accommodation is from 4pm-8pm and check-out is 10am
To ensure reservation of your pitch or rental unit a booking fee is to be paid upon booking, if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original booking, time as shown on our booking system, a full refund will be given less an administration charge. Once the 24 hours has expired the booking fee will become non-refundable
No refunds within 2 weeks of arrival. If you cancel prior to this, we will issue the amount you paid minus the booking fee.
Balance payments are to be made 21 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay may result in your holiday being cancelled.
No refunds/discounts will be offered for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures.
We reserve the right to re-sell your holiday if you do not arrive within 24hrs of your due date unless you contact us first.
There must be only one outfit per pitch; “outfit” to mean caravan, motorhome or campervan. An awning is aloud but not a separate “tent”. A campervan or motorhome towing a caravan will require two pitches.
Maximum capacity of 6 people and two dogs on any one pitch.
No single sex group bookings or groups of under 18’s.
We cannot permit dogs on the Dangerous Dogs List to be on the park.
We do not permit tents on our touring park
