A lovely modern caravan with gas central heating and double glazing. The living space is open plan with the kitchen, dining and living room all being in one large space for lots of family time!
Well equipped kitchen
You will find the kitchen well equipped, with a Gas cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything else we think you might need!
Master bedroom
A good sized comfortable double bed with side tables, cupboards and wardrobe.
Twin bedroom
With 2 comfortable single beds, cupboards, shelves and a wardrobe.
Additional beds
There is a pull-out double bed under the sofa in the lounge area.
Bathroom
The bathroom comes with W/C, sink and large walk-in shower.
Alfresco dining
It has wonderful views over the countryside. The caravan has its own private decked area with table and chairs for outside dining and a car parking space.
All year hospitality and comfort
There is a TV in the living room with freeview and a gas fire for cosy nights in winter.

In the static caravans we require a £100 deposit upon booking and the balance is to be paid 21 days before arrival by cheque (made payable to The Oaks Holiday Park), BACS payment or take a card payment. Anyone booking within 21 days of arrival must pay the balance in full. Guest can arrive between 4-8pm and must vacate the holiday home by 10am on the day of departure.
Our Park Rules
Please be mindful of other people on the park, and respect our quiet time of 10:30pm until 8am.
- Speed limit is strictly 5MPH
- Never leave children unattended
- Children must NOT go to the ponds unaccompanied by an adult
- Keep your dog on a lead and always pick up their poo!
- Do not leave your pets unattended
- Dispose of litter in the correct bins
- Quiet time on the park is 10:30pm until 8am
- We have a zero tolerance of abusive behavior and drugs
